The self-registration application allows you to request a Wisconsin
User ID and Password. To activate the account, you simply log in using
your new Wisconsin User ID and Password. Activation of a new account must
be completed within four (4) days, or you will have to start the process
over. A valid, unique and accessible e-mail account is required for
creating an account.

1st Page: User Acceptance Agreement
You must read the State of Wisconsin Web Access Management System
User Acceptance Agreement and click Accept in
order to proceed with the self-registration process.
The User Acceptance Agreement contains important information
regarding privacy policies, public disclosure and use of cookies.
If you click Decline, you will be redirected to the Wisconsin.gov Web site.
2nd Page: Self-Registration Form
To request a Wisconsin User ID and Password, simply fill out the
self-registration form and click Submit. You must have a valid,
unique and accessible e-mail address in order to create your user
account. In addition, please note the restrictions on User IDs and
Passwords. If you are having difficulty composing a Secret Question
and Answer for use in account recovery, click the
Guildlines link.
After clicking Submit, you will be asked to verify your e-mail
address. If it is correct, click OK, to continue. If it is incorrect,
click Cancel, to return to self-registration and correct your e-mail address.
3rd Page: Self-Registration: Part One Complete
This page indicates that you have successfully completed and submitted
your self-registration request form. Part One of the self-registration
process is complete. You are reminded to expect an e-mail containing a
Web link to the Login page. To activate your account and complete the
self-registration process, you must log in using your new Wisconsin User
ID and Password. If you do not log in within four (4) days, you will have
to start the self-registration process over.
1st E-mail: Web Link to Login Page
This e-mail provides a Web link to the Login page. You must follow
the link and log in using your new Wisconsin User ID and Password in
order to activate your account. Account activation must occur within
four (4) days of requesting a Wisconsin User ID and Password, or you
will have to start the self-registration process over.
4th Page: Login Page
Enter your new Wisconsin User ID and Password in the appropriate
fields and click Login. Logging in completes Part Two of the
self-registration process: account activation.
5th Page: Congratulations
This page indicates that you have successfully activated your
new account. Once you have created and activated your account, you
may access any secured State web applications for which you have
permissions.
